We were very pleasantly surprised by the make and look of the headboard. We had already priced very basic wood headboards for at least $300 that didn't really match our daughter's other wood furniture pieces. This piece was easy to assemble and fit right in our daughter's room. It made her bed look complete and classied up the room. With the added versatility of being able to purchase and change the fabric covering for the future, we can't think of a better choice.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this. I wanted something comfortable, easy to put together and reasonably priced - that's exactly what I got. My order came super fast - ordered Sunday of a holiday weekend and it was at my door by Wednesday. Everything was easy to put together and the headboard looks really nice. The only thing i struggled with a little was attaching it to the bedframe. The screws are a bit short, but once you start screwing them in, it works because it pushes down the padding. It's very comfortable to sit against and the fabric withstands Febreze. It did have a bit of that funky "manufacturing" smell, but that was gone within a day. The color is more of a cocoa than a chocolate brown. Overall I'm thrilled with the height, the ease of assembly, and the comfort of this headboard. I'm contemplating one for my guest room as well.

The headboard arrived in perfect condition. I was surprised at the sturdy construction. I didn't expect this kind of quality for $139. I'm a 70-year old widow who is mechanically challenged, but I managed to assemble this headboard all by myself. It went pretty slow until I figured out that I could do the job a lot easier and faster by using a drill with an allen head bit instead of the supplied wrench. My only complaint is the color of the fabric. The picture on Amazon showed a dark brown fabric. The actual fabric is more like a mushroom or taupe color. Amazon could do a little better job with their description.
